1 can (12.5 oz, drained) OR 1-2 cups fresh shredded chicky
1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
Hefty squeeze of Dijon mustard
Paprika OR Smoked Paprika (I use normal)
Cayenne (just a dash😳)
3-5 boiled egg whites
Cornichons, finely diced.
The more, the crunchier 😏

1/4 cup feta (I use Trader Joe’s fat-free)
Fresh chives
Fresh dill
