10 oz Shawarma Seasoned Chicken (Hungry Root)
4 Whole Grain Pita Pockets (Atoria’s Family Bakery)
8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 oz Grape Tomatoes
Directions
Heat a large skillet over med-high, pour 2 packages of chicken + juice into pan, break up chicken with wooden spoon, heat 2 min, flip + cook 2-3 min more until warmed + browned; top chicken with 1 cup cheese, cover pan + warm 2-3 min until cheese is melted
Slice grape tomatoes in half
Toast 4 pitas until warm + golden; slice pitas in half
Spread each half with 1 tbsp sauce then divide tomatoes + chicken among pitas—that looks so good!
