Snickerdoodles (Susan Dean)

2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
½ tsp salt
Directions
Cream together:
1 c margarine
1½ c sugar
Add and mix together well 2 eggs.
Sift together and stir in:
2¾ c flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
½ tsp salt
Chill dough! Roll into small balls. Roll in mixture of 4 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake until lightly browned but still soft.
Bake at 400º for 8 - 10 mins
