3 pounds (1.4 kg) boneless skinless chicken breasts
30 ounces (850 g) canned black beans, drained
20 ounces (567 g) canned diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
15 ounces (425 g) canned corn kernels, drained
1 packet (28 g) low-sodium taco seasoning mix, store- bought or homemade (page 317)
FOR SERVING:
Tortillas or cooked rice
Directions
1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Pour the black beans, tomatoes with green chilies, and corn on top of the chicken.
3. Add the taco seasoning.
4. Cover the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
5. Remove the cooked chicken from the slow cooker and shred the meat with two forks.
6. Add the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the other ingredients.
7. Serve in tacos, burritos, or over rice.

This tasty and delicious recipe is a simple slow cooker dump recipe. You just toss everything in the slow cooker and let it cook away for several hours. Serve in flour tortillas as a burrito filling or just top with your favorite toppings such as sour cream, cheese, avocado, etc. for a filling burrito bowl!
FREEZER MEAL INSTRUCTIONS: Add all the ingredients to a gallon-size freezer bag. Squish the contents of the bag to mix everything together a fittle bit. Lay the bag flat, remove as much excess air as possible, and seal the bag. Label the bag with the name of the recipe, ingredients, date, and cooking instructions.
TO COOK THE FREEZER MEAL: Thaw the freezer meal bag in the refrigerator. Pour the contents of the bag into the cooker and cook the recipe per the directions, after placing the contents in the cooker, beginning with step 4.
