This one is definitely my favorite of the week hands down! There is something with lemon garlic honey paired together that works so well. As for the weight loss I’m 💯 still trucking hard I think it’s a good idea to start training myself to only look at the scale once a week. My body fluctuates so much throughout the day, but I think I’ll be looking at 214lbs on Sunday and I’ll make sure to post that story

Recipe

Air fried chicken

Take one thigh and dredge it in flour, egg, then crushed corn flakes. Spray with a 0 calorie oil spray and get it in your air fryer at 385 for 16 minutes flipping half way through. Cook till an internal of 165F is reached

Lemon garlic honey sauce

Directions

In a pan add light butter, lemon, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, and honey. Heat and mix till thickened and sticky. Serve warm or it will get too solid to coat chicken

In a container add cucumber, red onion, salt pepper, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, honey, ( chile crunch optional ) close lid and shake well
