Ingredients

3/4 oz. Aperol

3/4 oz. fresh lime juice

3/4 oz. mezcal or tequila

3/4 oz. Yellow Chartreuse, Strega, or Dolin Génépy

Ice

Lime wheel, for serving

6 oz. Aperol

6 oz. fresh lime juice

6 oz. Yellow Chartreuse, Strega, or Dolin Génépy

5 1/4 oz. ice cold water

4 oz. mezcal or tequila

4 oz. reposado tequila

Ice

Lime wheels, for serving

Directions

For A Single Serving

In a cocktail shaker, combine Aperol, lime juice, mezcal, and Chartreuse. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

For Big Batch (Serves 8)

In a pitcher, combine Aperol, lime juice, Chartreuse, water, mezcal, and tequila. Top off with ice and stir until combined.

Divide among ice-filled glasses. Garnish with lime wheels.
