2 6oz cans of clams
8 cloves garlic
1/2 cup cream
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp anchovy paste
2 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp oregano
1/2 cup parmesan
red pepper flakes
Directions
Fry the garlic in butter until soft
Add red pepper flakes, tomato paste, and anchovy paste and fry for 2 minutes
Add flour, fry for another minute
Add chicken stock
Add cream and clam juice
Reduce until thick
Add clams, oregano, parm, and pasta
Notes
experiment with adding white wine
