- raspberry filling (can use canned or homemade)

- 1.5 tablespoons water

- 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch

- 3 cups raspberries

- 1/3 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoons lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
