Parmesan Crusted Potato’s
Red potatoes (around 12)
1/2 cup bacon grease(liquid)
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Potato slayer seasoning
1. Wash potatoes and cut in half.
2. Score both ways and set aside.
3. In a 9 x 13 baking dish add your bacon grease, Parm cheese, and seasoning. Mix until it forms a paste and smooth out to cover all of baking dish.
4. Place potatoes down into cheese mixture.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 425° for 30-35 min.
