Spinach Balls (Sharon Hayman)

Ingredients

2 boxes frozen chopped spinach

2 cup herb bread stuffing

2 onions - finely chopped

½ cup parmesan cheese

½ tsp thyme

6 eggs - beaten

¾ cup butter – melted

1 tbsp garlic salt

1 tsp accent

Directions

Mix ingredients well.

Form balls using 1 tsp mixture for each and bake on lightly greased baking sheet 20 mins. at 350°.

May be frozen before or after baking.

Yields: 4 - 5 dozen.
