SIDES Crispy Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

Ingredients

– Use yellow or gold potatoes

– 1/2 stick of butter

– 2 tablespoons Parmesan

– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

– Salt, and pepper to taste

Directions

– Cut in half or quarter and score all potatoes

– Melt butter

– Poor all ingredients (except potato’s)into bowl and mixed together

– Put potatoes, cut side down into mixture

– Brush on more butter and sprinkle more Parmesan over top

– Bake at 415° for 20 to 25 minutes
