Chick Fil a Kale Crunch Salad

Ingredients

6 cups Kale washed , dried and diced

1 cup diced up cabbage

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

Sliver almonds (use any amount you desire)

Directions

Wash your kale then dry and diced up so it is not so bulky and add to large mixing bowl

Add 3/4 tablespoon olive oil onto kale and massage (with clean hands) for 3 minutes

Massaging the kale prevents gut distress and gives such a better texture. Do not skip this part !

Next add in 1 cup diced up cabbage to the same bowl

In a separate bowl combine

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons Maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon olive oil

Mix until completely combined and add to salad

Mix until completely combined and then mix in desired amount of sliver almonds
