Recipe:

5 - Hard Boiled Egg Whites

1 tbsp - Olive Oil

1/2 tbsp - Worcestershire Sauce

2 ½ tbsp - Vinegar or Pickle Juice

Salt + Pepper to taste

Directions

Place eggs in boiling water and let boil for 12 minutes

Place the eggs in a bowl of ice water to cool

Peel eggs, pop out yolks and add to blender

Add olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar/pickle juice, salt and pepper to blender

Blend & enjoy!
