1. Stir-Fried Yellow Squash with Garlic & Soy

Ingredients:
•2 yellow summer squash, sliced into half-moons
•2 cloves garlic, minced
•1 tbsp soy sauce
•1 tsp sesame oil
•1 tbsp vegetable oil
•Optional: pinch of red chili flakes or sliced fresh chili
•Green onion, sliced (for garnish)
Directions
Instructions:
1.Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
2.Add garlic (and chili if using), stir for 15–30 seconds until fragrant.
3.Add squash and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
4.Add soy sauce and sesame oil, toss to coat.
5.Garnish with green onion and serve with steamed rice.
