Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

16 ounces breakfast turkey sausage
16.3 ounces Grands Southern Homestyle Biscuits (3p/27c/7f each biscuit)
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups fat free Fairlife milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups liquid egg whites
2 large eggs
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9X13 casserole dish.
Slice biscuits into quarters. Evenly distribute all biscuits in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Over medium high heat cook the turkey sausage until no longer pink. Strain the grease, remove from pan and set aside.
Using the same pan you cooked the sausage in (don't clean it) melt the butter over medium high heat. Stir in the flour (it will be very clumpy). Slowly begin whisking in the milk, about 2 tablespoons at a time. Once all the milk has been added, continue whisking until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cooked sausage.
In a mixing bowl whisk the egg whites, 2 whole eggs, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Pour half the egg mixture over the biscuits. Next, evenly scoop the gravy mixture into the casserole dish. Pour the remaining eggs on top and bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until the eggs are all cooked.
