Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons soda

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup chopped nuts

1 can crushed pineapple in juice

2 eggs

Frosting:

6 ounce cream cheese

6 tablespoon butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions

Mixed together the flour, baking soda, sugar, and chopped nuts.

Blend together the pineapple and eggs.

Add the blended pineapple and eggs to the dry ingredients. Fold-don’t stir!

Bacon at 350° for 40 minutes or until the toothpick is clean.

Cool and then frost.

Frosting:

Blend the frosting ingredients together.

Refrigerate the cake.
