2 sticks of butter
Juice of ½ an orange
Juice of ¼ of a lemon
1 cup heavy cream
4–6 garlic cloves, minced or smashed
1 sachet of Sazon
1 tablespoon each of the following:
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Lemon pepper
Cajun seasoning
Parsley
Brown sugar
Black pepper
Old Bay seasoning
Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (optional for a spicy kick)
Directions
Melt the butter slowly over low heat.
Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in all the seasonings and red pepper flakes; mix well.
Squeeze in the orange and lemon juice.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir until fully combined.
Let the sauce simmer on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Tip:
Avoid letting the sauce come to a boil, as the heavy cream can burn easily. Keep the heat between medium-low and medium for best results.
