Hot Cross Bun Casserole (or Cinnamon Fruit Bread)

Hot cross buns
4 large eggs
1/3 c sugar
2 c milk
Directions
Tear 8-8 Hot Cross buns (or most of loaf) that are at least a couple of days old into a buttered 1/2 baking dish.
In another bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 1/3 c sugar and 2 c milk. Pour over buns and let sit for 1/2 hour to let them absorb the eggs or cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.
