Cheesecake Cups - Cottage Cheese

For the Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or cinnamon cereal crushed)
For the Cheesecake Filling:
1 ½ cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Add crushed graham crackers to the bottom of each jar, (will link these in my story and add to my march highlight) then fill each one with the blended cottage cheese mixture. Mix together the cinnamon swirl ingredients, add to a pipping bag and make a swirl on top. And literally that’s it!
