Ingredients

The dressing:

1 ea garlic clove

1/8 tsp ginger

1/4 cup peanut butter

1-2 tbsp soy sauce

1-2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp chili crunch oil or sriracha

1 tsp sesame oil

Garnish with cilantro, green onion and a squeeze of lime!

That marinade I spoke of:

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs

1/4 apple, pear, or Asian pear (traditional)

2-3 garlic cloves

1 slice ginger

2-3 tsp sriracha or gochujang

1/4 cup soy sauce

1-2 tsp sesame oil

2 tsp corn starch

1 pinch black pepper
