2 ½ Cups Cottage Cheese (0% Fat) (560g)

4oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (115g)

2 Cheese Powder Packets (1oz) (56g)

½ Tbsp Garlic Salt (7g)

½ Tbsp Black Pepper (3g)

2 Cups Fat Free Cheddar Cheese (225g)

1 Cup Fat Free Milk (240g)

20oz Protein Pasta (Dry Weight) (565g)

Freezing Instructions ❄️:

Directions

Portion out 1/10 of the final dish into each air-tight meal prep container

Place them in the freezer and keep frozen for up to 3 months

Reheating Instructions🔥:

Take out a frozen containers, remove the lid, and add 1-2 Tbsps of water to the frozen pasta

Cover the container with a wet paper towel

Microwave for around 5-6 minutes, mixing half-way through
