Here’s how 👩🍳
For the cookie dough
1/2 cup ground almonds
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
Optional: 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder, for extra protein
4-6 dates
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat stirring gently until melted
mix the base ingredients until smooth, then press this into moulds so they are 1/3 full
place half a date on top of each then top with melted chocolate and chill until set
store in the fridge or freezer, I love them from frozen!
