Directions

1. Make the Dough (or Use Store-Bought)

Use your favorite dough recipe or store-bought dough.

Portion into desired sizes (personal, medium, or large).

Let rise, then roll or stretch out into thin rounds or rectangles.

2. Par-Bake the Crust

Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).

Place dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan.

Bake 5–7 minutes just until the bottom firms up and starts to lightly brown.

Let cool completely before topping.

3. Add Sauce and Toppings

Add a thin layer of sauce to prevent sogginess.

Top with shredded cheese and fully cooked toppings (pepperoni, sausage, roasted veggies).

Avoid raw vegetables or meats unless you plan to fully bake before freezing.

4. Freeze (Flash Freeze for Best Results)

Place assembled pizzas on a tray in the freezer uncovered for 1–2 hours (flash freeze).

Once solid, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and then foil.

Label with date and toppings.

Store flat in freezer bags or boxes.

5. To Bake from Frozen

No need to thaw.

Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).

Bake 12–18 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
