Air Fryer Chicken and Vegetables (in 15 minutes!)

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast

1 cup broccoli

1 zucchini

1 cup bell peppers

1/2 onion

4 cloves garlic

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Tbsp fresh parsley

1/2 tsp red chili flakes

Directions

1. Preheat air fryer to 400

2. Chop veggies and chicken and transfer to a bowl

3. Add oil and seasoning and toss

4. Add chicken and veggies to preheated air fryer and cook for 10 min shaking halfway through. Sprinkle with parsley and red pepper flakes and serve.
