Ingredients

1/2 lg. onion

1 to 2 lb. hamburger

5 cans diced or stewed tomatoes

5 cans tomato sauce

1 med can tomato paste

1 or 2 pkg. Spaghetti Mix

2 tbl. Italian seasoning

1 tbl. oregano

4 cloves of garlic

5 bay leaves (optional)

1 tsp. sugar

1 can olives sliced

8 mushrooms

Directions

In frying pan brown:

1/2 lg. onion

1 to 2 lb. hamburger

If scaling down maybe a little over a pound of hamb. but the same amount of onion.

Big Pot:

5 cans diced or stewed tomatoes

5 cans tomato sauce

1 med can tomato paste

1 or 2 pkg. Spaghetti Mix

1/2 lg. onion

2 tbl. Italian seasoning

1 tbl. oregano

4 cloves of garlic

5 bay leaves optional

1 tsp. sugar

1 can olives sliced

8 mushrooms

If you are going to scale down to a little over 1lb. hamb. use 3 cans diced tomatoes and 3 cans tomato sauce and a small paste. You might want to lighten up on the spices too. I am just guessing on the spices because you just need to do them to your taste. If you start up with the amount I told you you will still probably still have to add some but that is a good starting point. Also the longer it cooks the better it tastes. I start mine on med. heat but turn it down to low and let it cook all day.
