Ingredients

2 Linda McCartney's Quick Cook Chicken Steaks

1 tbsp vegan butter

3 cloves chopped garlic

2-3 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

Salt to taste

1/2 lime juice

2 rotis/ parathas

1 sliced grilled pepper

1/2 sliced red onion

Directions

Begin by creating the butter marinade for the chicken steaks. Heat the butter in a bowl and add the coriander, chilli powder, chilli flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt to taste.

Cook the chicken steaks 3/4 of the way and then marinate them with the spiced butter mixture. Cook for the remaining time.

Then assemble the kati rolls with the sliced chicken steaks, peppers, sliced red onions, lime juice, chopped coriander and the tomato coriander chilli yogurt chutney.
