Air Fried Herb Chicken

Ingredients

1 ½ lb lean chicken thighs (or chicken breasts)

1 tablespoon olive oil mayonnaise

2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon ground oregano powder

1 teaspoon fennel powder

Pinch of sea salt & fresh cracked pepper

Directions

Pat chicken dry with paper towels and trim any large visible pieces of fat. To a bowl, add chicken and the ingredients for the marinade.

Cover and marinate for 20 minutes, or place in the fridge to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

Place the chicken in the air fryer basket (or on a baking tray lined with parchment if using the oven) and air-fry for 20 – 22 minutes, turning or flipping the chicken halfway. Enjoy!
