Air Fryer Paprika Chicken

Ingredients

6 Chicken thighs

1 tsp Smoked paprika

1 tsp Red pepper flakes

1 tsp Dried parsley

1/2 tsp Fresh thyme

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

5-6 Garlic cloves

1 Lemon's juice

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp Avocado oil

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black pepper

3-4 Yellow potatoes

1 tbsp Avocado oil

Garlic salt

1/2 tsp Fresh Thyme leaves

Directions

Season the chicken thighs with lemon juice, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, dried parsley, fresh thyme, garlic powder, minced garlic, olive oil, and avocado oil.

Peel and cut yellow potatoes into chunks or quarters.

Add the cut potatoes to the bottom of the air fryer basket. Season with oil, garlic salt, and fresh thyme leaves. Toss the basket to coat the potatoes evenly.

Lay the marinated chicken on top of the potatoes with the skin side facing down.

Air fry at 375°F for 20 minutes, then flip the chicken so the skin side is facing up and air fry at 360°F for another 10 minutes.

Remove the chicken, and optionally return the potatoes to the air fryer at 400°F for 5–7 minutes to give them a crispy crust.
