Paprika & Mozzarella Chicken & Bacon

Ingredients

Smoked bacon lardons (must be smoked)

Chicken

1 tsp paprika

200ml double cream

Mozzarella

Pepper to taste

Directions

In a pan cook your chicken and coat it with paprika & some pepper.

Add in bacon lardons & cook. Once cooked, add in your double cream for a few minutes and some grated mozzarella and mix well until melted and combined. Top with some more mozzarella & pop under the grill for a few minutes then serve.

So nice with mash & veg but also homemade chips
