Cilantro Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

Homemade mayo

Sour cream

3 cloves garlic

1 small shallot

Bunch cilantro

Lime juice

Salt and ground pepper

Directions

In a blender, add cilantro, garlic, shallot, and lime juice and add enough sour cream to purée into a liquid.

Purée more cilantro if needed. Transfer to bowl and mix in mayo and more sour cream by hand. Add more mayo, sour cream and lime to taste.

Season with salt and ground pepper.

Notes

To make mayo, blend one egg, 1 cup of light tasting olive oil and add mustard, lime juice, and salt to taste.

Or use Kewpie mayo.
