Feta Cucumber Tomato Dip

12 oz. feta
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
3-4 garlic cloves smashed
salt
2 Tbsp. freshly chopped dill, plus more for garnish or basil
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
Directions
Step 1
Using a handheld mixer on medium-high speed or food processor, beat feta, yogurt, cream cheese, oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice until fluffy and combined; season with salt. Add dill and crushed red pepper flakes and stir to combine. (Food processor is easier)
Step 2
Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Top with cucumber, tomatoes, dill, and a drizzle of oil. Serve with chips/bread etc alongside.

I've done it without the yoghurt... works fine.
