Ingredients

1 diced onion

3 cloves garlic

1 pack of squid- about 1 lb

1 small can tomato sauce

1 cup white wine

Parsley

Garlic rubbed bread

Directions

Notes

Put olive oil, onion in pan to soften on medium for 2 minutes, add garlic for 1 minute, and red pepper flakes if you want. Throw in washed and dried squid pieces and stir for 1 minute on hot pan. Add white wine. Add can of tomatoes and a can of water or broth on top. Cover and cook 45 mins. Uncover and cook down if too liquid. Serve with garlic toasts.
