Mixed Berry Chia Jam
Makes about 1 1/2 cups

3 cups mixed frozen berries
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 tbs lemon juice
Directions
Place the berries in a small saucepan over medium heat, with the lid on and bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes or until the fruit is soft. Mash with a potato masher or the back of a spatula to remove any big chunks.
Add the chia seeds and lemon juice and mix to combine. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before transferring to a jar.
