Air fryer Crispy Salmon Bowl

Ingredients

Salmon Marinade: * 1 lb salmon, cut into bites * ½ cup low sodium soy sauce * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * 1 tsp honey * 2 tsp sriracha * Paprika, salt & black pepper to taste * Ginger garlic paste to taste * 1 tsp sesame oil

Spicy Mayo: * Kewpie mayo * Sriracha to taste

Bowl Toppings: * Cooked rice * Pickled cucumbers * Pickled or shredded carrots * Edamame * Avocado, sliced * Chili flakes * Sesame seeds

Directions

1. Mix all marinade ingredients together in a bowl

2. Add salmon bites and toss to coat, then marinate for at least 15 minutes

3. Air fry at 400°F for 6-7 minutes until crispy on the outside and cooked through

4. Mix kewpie mayo and sriracha together for the spicy mayo sauce

5. Plate rice and top with salmon bites, pickled cucumbers, carrots, edamame, and avocado

6. Drizzle with spicy mayo and finish with chili flakes and sesame seeds
