Hawaiian Chili Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

3 tbsp cornstarch

3 Tbsp & 1/3 cup shoyu (soy sauce)

3 tbsp sherry

1 Tbsp Sugar

3 tbsp vinegar

3 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) (2.5 lb)

1/3 cup oil

2 Hawaiian Chili Pepper (finely chopped)

1 cup green onion

1-1/2 tsp ginger (finely chopped)

Directions

Cut the boneless skinless chicken breast into cubes. Mix the cornstarch and 3 Tbsp shoyu. Blend with chicken. Set aside. Mix 1/3 cup of shoyu, sherry, sugar and vinegar. Set aside. Heat oil in a skillet, add chicken and chili peppers. Saute for 2 minutes and set aside. Next, saute green onions and ginger for one minute, then put the chicken back into the pan. Cook for 3 minutes. Add shoyu mixture from a previous step and cook until done (a couple of minutes.)
