Ingredients

1/2 banana

1 egg

1/8 cup almond milk

1/8 cup sugar free maple syrup

1 scoop protein powder

1/8 tsp baking powder

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

Directions

Mix banana, egg almond milk and syrup together in a bowl.

In a separate bowl add the dry ingredients.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
