Sliced Boiled Egg On Toast
1 egg (room temp if possible)
1 slice bread
Place egg in small saucepan with enough tap water to cover.
Heat until boiling.
Set timer for 10 mins.
Drain the boiling water and replace with tap water.
Lightly crack the shell in a couple of places and leave to sit in the water a few mins while you prepare your toast. (Makes it a bit easier to shell)
Slice eggs and serve on toast with a sprinkle of pepper.
For a more substantial meal, mash avo, place on toast and serve sliced egg over the top.
