Ingredients

I saw this recipe on TikTok and had to make it… honestly SO good. Crispy, cheesy, a little bit messy in the best way. Bloody YUM!!

Recipe:

1–1.25 packets filo pastry, cut into ribbons

1 block feta, crumbled

1 block halloumi, crumbled (or sub mozzarella)

Handful spinach, chopped

Mix:

250ml milk

2 eggs

50–60ml olive oil (or melted butter)

2 tbsp baking powder

Layer filo in a dish → add cheese + spinach → pour over some of the mixture → top with more filo → pour over the rest.

Finish with ~50g melted butter on top (and sesame seeds if you like).

Directions

Air fry ~15 mins or bake at 180°C for ~25 mins until golden + crispy. | 𝓢𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓽𝓪 𝓗𝓸𝓵𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓭
