Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken & Ramen

1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
¾ cup soy sauce
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
8 oz ramen noodles
Green onions, diced
Sesame seeds + peanuts for topping
1/2 yellow onion
Directions
Add your chicken to the crockpot. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch and sliced onions and mix everything together. Cook on LOW for about 4 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Shred the chicken, then add the broccoli during the last 20–40minutes. Cook your ramen separately according to the package directions, then toss it with the teriyaki chicken and broccoli. Top with diced green onions, sesame seeds, and peanuts and serve! 🍜
