Diced Onion
Diced green bell pepper
Garlic
cooked crawfish meat
¼ cup chicken stock
Colby-Jack cheese grated
Cajun seasoning , onion powder , garlic powder (season to taste)
1 cup of heavy whip
Tsp corn starch to thicken (very optional)
Serve with sourdough bread or Crackers
Directions
Sauté Vegetables: melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion, green, garlic and sauté until just softened.
Add Crawfish: Add cooked crawfish meat ,shrimp, chicken stock , heavy whip stirring to combine.
Melt Cheese• Graduallv add the shredded cheddar
Add your choice of seasoning
Add a Tsp of corn starch to thicken ( optional )
Shred more cheese on top , paprika, parsley
Add more of your seafood meat on top
Let it bake for 5-10 minutes On 325
