It’s hard to tell whether it’s made from black mold or real citrus, but here’s a tip:
If the brand is mass market, cheap, or doesn’t brag about citric acid from citrus, it’s probably from black mold. Small batch or organic brands might disclose the real source on their site or packaging like “derived from lemon”
And that “anti-caking” silicon dioxide? Lab made too.
