2 CELERY STALKS
6 GREEN ONIONS
5 HARD BOILED EGGS
1 ½ C MIRACLE WHIP
1 TBSP MUSTARD
¾ TSP SALT
¾ TSP PEPPER
PAPRIKA
Instruções
1. ADD THE POTATOES TO A LARGE POT OF COLD WATER AND BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE THE HEAT TO A LIGHTLY ROLLING BOIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT AND ADD 1 TSP SALT. COOK FOR 20-25 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE POTATOES ARE EASILY PIERCED WITH A FORK. DRAIN AND SET ASIDE UNTIL COOL ENOUGH TO HANDLE.
2. PEEL THE SKINS FROM THE POTATOES AND CUT INTO ½ TO ¾ INCH PIECES. TRANSFER THE WARM POTATOES TO A MIXING BOWL AND SPRINKLY WITH VINEGAR. TOSS THE POTATOES WITH THE VINEGAR AND SET THE POTATOES ASIDE TO COOL, ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES.
3. ADD THE CELERY AND GREEN ONIONS TO THE POTATOES, CHOP 4 OF THE EGGS AND ADD TO THE POTATO MIXTURE.
