One-Pot Tomato Lentil Pasta

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 clove garlic
1 medium onion
1 vegetable bouillon cube
Italian spice mix
½ tsp chili flakes
10.582 oz dry spaghetti noodles
3 cup tomato-based pasta sauce
2 cup boiling water
2 cup cherry tomato
1½ cup cooked brown lentils
½ cup green olive
⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
1 Tbsp capers
2 cup fresh spinach
Instruções
Add the oil to a large pot on medium-high heat. When hot, add the garlic, onion, bouillon cube, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
Then add the pasta, pasta sauce, boiling water, cherry tomatoes, lentils, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and capers.
Bring to a gentle simmer and partially cover with a lid. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes on medium heat until pasta is al dente. Stir every few minutes to ensure the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.
When the pasta is al dente, add the spinach and stir, cooking for an additional minute.
Serve it generously into bowls, garnish, and enjoy!
