Ingredientes

500 g ricotta

2 eggs

30 g corn starch

Lemon zest

1-2 Tbl sugar or sweetener of choice

Instruções

160 c for 25 min

Mix together 500g of ricotta, 2 eggs, 30g of cornstarch, the zest of one grated lemon, and sweetener. Pour into a baking dish and cook in an AIR FRYER at 160°C (320°F) for 25 minutes
