Brownie Cheesecake Bars

brownies:
2 eggs
1/2 cup (42g) cocoa powder
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
1/2 tsp (2g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (1g) espresso powder
1 1/2 tsp (6g) vanilla
1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup (200g) sugar
3/4 cup (95g) flour
1 cup (170g) chocolate chips
beat eggs, cocoa, salt, baking powder, instant espresso, and vanilla. in a separate bowl cream butter and sugar, then microwave gradually until sugar dissolves and is shiny. combine the egg and butter mixtures well, then add flour and chocolate. pour into pan (I used 9x9) but save some batter to swirl on top. bake at 350 for 15 minutes. ps: I know the steps don’t match the steps in the video, but pls follow the written instructions when making this! cheesecake:
16 oz (454g) cream cheese
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp (8g) corn starch
1 tsp (4g) vanilla
1/4 cup (60g) whipping cream (can substitute Greek Yogurt)
Instruções
combine everything and mix until smooth. pour overtop of brownie mixture after the brownies have baked for 15 minutes. if you saved some extra brownie batter then swirl it on top. it’s ok if the brownies are still hot. bake in the preheated oven at 350 but reduce the temperature to 325 and bake for 45 minutes. once done, turn the oven off and let cool with the oven door closed for 20 minutes. then, cool with the door slightly open for another 30 minutes. chill in fridge #brownie #cheesecake #baketok #recipe #baking
