Hoisin Pork Spring Roll in a Bowl

Ingredientes

500g pork mince

200g mushrooms finely chopped

1 brown onion diced

1 tbsp oil

4 cloves of garlic minced

2 tsp minced ginger

1 Birds Eye chilli finely minced (optional)

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp white pepper

1/2 cup chicken stock

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 cup bean sprouts

1/2 head purple cabbage Shaved

2 carrots julienned

To serve:

Coriander

Spring onions

Vermicelli noodles

Sesame seeds

Chilli

Peanuts

Instruções

Heat oil in a large pan on a high heat

Add onion, garlic, chilli and ginger and sauté briefly until fragrant

Add mushrooms and cook until for a few minutes until softened

Add pork mince and cook until browned

Add cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, hoisin, soy, sesame oil, brown sugar, oyster sauce and white pepper to pan, stir to combine and let cook until pork is caramelised, vegetables are softened and sauce has reduced.

Serve over vermicelli noodles, Top with sesame seeds, crispy fried onions, spring onion, coriander, chilli and peanuts
