10 dried guajillo chiles
6 dried pasilla chiles
15 cloves of garlic
1 7 oz can chipotle in adobo
1/2 C honey
1/2 C apple cider vinegar
1 T cinnamon
1 T cumin
1 T oregano
1 T ground dark coffee
1/2 t ground cloves
3 T kosher salt
Instruções
Toast chiles in a skillet until they blister and soften some. Soak submerged in hot water for at least an hour after.
Separate chiles from water and keep water.
Blend everything in a blender with 1 cup of soaking water and add water as needed until smooth
