carrot salad🥕
peel 2-3 medium rainbow carrots
Instruções
mix with 1 tsp ginger paste (or grated fresh ginger), 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce, & sesame seeds
teriyaki turkey🫙
cook 1lb 99% lean ground turkey in avocado oil spray
season with paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder
mix in 2 tbsp teriyaki marinade (I use kikkoman) and 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
towards the end of cook time, top with 1 tbsp teriyaki glaze (I use kinder’s) and sesame seeds
Assemble:
Add 1/2 cup cooked basmati rice, 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce, 6oz ground turkey, 1 serving carrot salad, 1/3 cup shelled edamame, 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers, and 20g avocado (1/4 a mini avocado) to a bowl🍚 top with 1 tbsp teriyaki glaze, sesame seeds, & green onion🌿
