Ingredientes

2 lbs chicken breast (pre-cut)

2 lbs chicken thighs (pre-cut)

¼ cup @mina olive oil

2 tbsp neutral oil

1 tbsp Mina harissa

2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp pomegranate molasses

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp citric acid

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp oregano

For Serving:

Tortilla or pita bread

Garlic sauce, pickles, turnips, or your favorite toppings

Sauce:

2 tbsp melted butter

½ cup @mina olive oil

1 tbsp Mina harissa

Coleslaw:

1 lb coleslaw mix

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp white vinegar

Pinch of salt

Drizzle of honey

1 tsp Dijon mustard
