Limoncello Tiramisu

Ingredientes

For the lemon curd:

2/3 cup lemon juice

4 whole eggs

2 yolks

1 cup sugar

4Tbsp butter

2Tbsp heavy cream

1/2tsp vanilla extract

For the Marscapone mix:

3 egg yolks

2 egg whites

500g marscapone

2Tbsp lemon zest

4oz sugar

For the soak:

3oz limoncello

1oz lemon juice

2oz water
